Returns Policy
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
On signature, by you or your agent, for the Goods upon delivery at the Delivery Address, the Goods are deemed to be accepted as correct and in good condition.
RETURNS PROCESS
If any Goods are returned, you shall, within 2 days of the date of actual delivery of the Goods, notify us in writing of any defect by reason of which you allege that the Goods delivered are not in accordance with the Order or Specification and retain the allegedly defective goods and their packaging for inspection.
Items returned to us should be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
All goods supplied by us to you shall remain our property until such time as we have received payment in full for the goods and of all other moneys due to us from you. After delivery of the goods to you or your nominated sub purchaser, the goods shall be at your risk and you shall insure those goods against loss or damage. Until such full payment is received the separate identity of those goods shall be maintained by you.
Until such time as title of the goods shall pass to you in accordance with the foregoing provision, we can at any time repossess the goods whether with or without notice and we or our employees or agents shall have the right at any time to enter your premises for the purpose of effecting such repossession.
