Delivery Information

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery to mainland UK destinations only on all fridges are FREE. Delivery to offshore islands, eg, Isle of Wight, Jersey & Northern Ireland, is not FREE so please contact us for pricing.

DELIVERY PERIOD
The delivery period is usually within ten working days following the day of order. Your order will be delivered to the Delivery Address provided by you at the Normal Delivery Point, and during your usual business hours. If you would like an accelerated delivery or specified time drop, we can also arrange that at an extra charge, so please contact us for pricing.

INSTALLATION
Additional services such as unpacking, installing and siting are not included and can be made available at an agreed (written) reasonable cost. If you would like to use our services for unpacking and siting, then please do contact us for pricing.

Every reasonable endeavour will be made to deliver your orders on the Date of Delivery or within the period stated in our terms, but neither us nor you shall be liable to the other or deemed to be in breach of our terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the order, if the delay or failure was beyond our reasonable control.
